My research interests are focused on supporting teaching and learning in higher education; to design online or blended student-centered learning environment to support instructors and students in differences through the use of emergent pedagogy and technology. My dissertation research focuses on scaffolding college students’ group work in a technology-enhanced large-enrollment science classroom. Based on a year of preliminary study results in introductory biology classes for non-majors, I adapted support to accommodate both different learners as well as instructors in higher education settings.
